This Privacy Policy applies to all users (“Users”) who simply visit and use our website, as well as to those who received services as patients (collectively our “Services”).  However, this Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through the Website and does not apply to our collection of information from other sources.  This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms of Service posted on our Website, set forth the general rules and policies governing Users’ use of our Website and our Services.   

User privacy is important to us at Galleria Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.  As such, Galleria Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery adheres to the US Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of Notice, Choice, Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity, Access and Enforcement (the “Safe Harbor”).

Enforcement 

If a User has a complaint or dispute with regard to the Data or this Privacy Policy, upon our notification of the same, Galleria Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery will work with the User to attempt to find a mutually agreeable resolution.  If such a resolution cannot be reached, User and Galleria Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery agree to then mediate the dispute before a mutually agreed to mediator in an attempt to provide a resolution, with the costs of such mediation being born equally between the parties.  If the mediation does not resolve the issue, then either the User or Galleria Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery may file suit in the federal or state courts of Placer County California.  User and Galleria Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery agree that the laws of California, excluding California’s conflict of laws rules, will apply to any dispute arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy and that all claims arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Placer County, California and consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
